This position provides technical expertise across the full project lifecycle, supporting sales, customers, contractors, and internal teams. This role is focused on equipment design support, order accuracy, installation verification, start-up coordination, and post-start-up technical issue resolutions. The Technical Specialist is not a start-up technician but serves as a high-level technical resource for complex, recurring, or critical issues related to LG equipment and controls.

This position operates in a combination of office, job site, and mechanical room environments. Occasional exposure to construction sites, mechanical spaces, and varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, noise and dust.
Physical Demands
Ability to walk job sites, climb stairs and ladders, and access rooftop or confined mechanical spaces as needed. Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required while on job sites. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
