Lead and manage the Mold Shop department to prepare glassware molds while directing both union and salaried employees. Oversee operational budgets, personnel management, and the implementation of project management best practices to ensure quality production.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or science and at least 3 years of experience leading a medium-sized manufacturing or machine shop department. Proficiency in CNC, SolidWorks, and experience working within a union environment are preferred.

Role Description:
The Mold Shop Manager will report to the Sr. Director, Lancaster Plant Operations. This role is responsible for supporting Anchor Hocking’s corporate strategies by leading and managing a key department (Mold Shop) in preparation of molds to make glassware. Success in the position requires the ability to develop, manage and simplify complex work streams, directing union and salaried employees in the Mold Shop, a mastery in project management, and strong communication / leadership skills.
