The DTC Picker is responsible for operating a forklift to load and unload raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse. They must also ensure order accuracy through picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing products while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of forklift operating experience with a valid certification. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working on the production floor for the duration of the shift.
