Perform and evaluate in-process control (IPC) analytical tests to support the production of biopharmaceutical products. Ensure all analyses are documented and conducted according to SOPs and GMP regulatory requirements.
Requires a degree or vocational training in chemistry, biology, or a related science field with practical experience in a GMP laboratory. Proficiency in HPLC and chemical analysis methods is essential, along with a willingness to work in a shift model.
Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:
Produktionsbegleitende Analytik (IPC) zur Unterstützung der Herstellprozesse
Durchführung und Auswertung von HPLC-Analysen nach etablierten Methoden
Anwendung chemischer Analysenmethoden (z.B. UV, AGE, pH, Osmolalität)
GMP-konforme Auswertung und Dokumentation von Analyseergebnissen
Bewertung analytischer Ergebnisse
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender GMP-Vorgaben, SOPs und Qualitätsstandards
Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb (2 Tage à 10 Stunden, anschließend 2 Tage frei)
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant/in, Biologielaborant/in, CTA, BTA, MTA oder ein naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Bachelor) bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Praktische Erfahrung im analytischen Labor, idealerweise im GMP-regulierten Umfeld
Erfahrung im Umgang mit chromatographischen Methoden, insbesondere HPLC, von Vorteil
Kenntnisse in chemischen Analysen (UV, AGE, pH, Osmolalität) wünschenswert
Erfahrung mit Chromatographie-Software (z. B. Empower) von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise mit Labor- und Chromatographiesoftware
Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsorientierung
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtmodell (Voraussetzung)
