Ensure GxP compliance for production facilities, equipment, and automation systems, including the approval of qualification plans and reports. Manage the life-cycle of facilities and equipment through periodic reviews, change management, and risk assessments.
Requires a degree in natural sciences or engineering (Chemistry, Microbiology, Process Engineering, Biotechnology) or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment, with proficiency in German and English.
• Sicherstellung der GxP Compliance von Produktionsanlagen und Lägern, Geräten und Automatisierungssystemen inkl. Approbierung von Qualifizierungsplänen und -berichten
• Überwachung des Life-Cycle-Managements (z.B. Periodische Reviews, Änderungs- und Abweichungsmanagement, Risikoabschätzungen) bezüglich Gebäuden und Ausrüstung
• Betreuung und Approbierung aller technischen Änderungsanträge
• Unterstützung bei Behördeninspektionen, Kundenaudits und Beantwortung von Beanstandungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Engineering bei der Planung neuer Anlagen und Sicherstellung der GxP Compliance (z.B. Erarbeitung des Zonenkonzepts, Pesonal- und Materialfluss)
• Umsetzung der Novartis Quality Module und Behördenvorschriften bezüglich Engineering
• Mitarbeit bei der Vereinheitlichung des GxP Standards bezüglich Produktionsanlagen
• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches / technisches Studium (Chemie, Mikrobiologie, Verfahrenstechnik, Biotechnologie) oder äquivalente mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, wenn möglich im GMP-regulierten Umfeld der Pharma
• Erste Erfahrung mit Compliance innerhalb der QA, QC oder Produktion
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
