Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du koordinierst und entwickelst das betriebliche Brandschutz- und Arbeitssicherheitsmanagement für die Standorte Imst und Kundl kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Dabei unterstützt du die Standortleitungen sowie Brandschutz- und Sicherheitsbeauftragte aktiv bei der Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und interner Standards.
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Erstellung, Pflege und Kontrolle von Sicherheitskonzepten sowie Alarm- und Evakuierungsplänen und du kümmerst dich um Unfall- und Schadensmeldungen.
  • Brandschutz- und Sicherheitsbegehungen, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Schulungen führst du selbstständig durch und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse automatisch.
  • Als kompetente Ansprechperson berätst du die Geschäftsführung und die Standortverantwortlichen bei sicherheitsrelevanten Investitionsentscheidungen.
  • Das Warten, Prüfen und Instandhalten sicherheitstechnischer Einrichtungen wie Brandmeldeanlagen, Feuerlöscher, RWA und PSA überwachst du zuverlässig.
  • Darüber hinaus koordinierst du Schulungsmaßnahmen und förderst aktiv das Sicherheitsbewusstsein im gesamten Unternehmen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium.
  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Brandschutz, Arbeitssicherheit oder Sicherheitsmanagement, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, und idealerweise die Zusatzqualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit, Brandschutzbeauftragter und/oder SiGeKo.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Gesetze, Normen und Richtlinien (z.B. ASchG, ArbStättV, TRVB, TRGS, VEXAT) mit.
  • Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke, durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter und selbstständiger Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft zu standortübergreifender Reisetätigkeit.

Rahmenbedingungen:

Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn beträgt: € 3.100,37 brutto
