Job Description:

Design and execute analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products from the top level to the bottom level. Products focus on Automotive, general power regulator, PMIC solutions.

Products: Power switching regulator, Mix-signal controller for lighting and PMIC, functional safety in automotive, high-side switch and audio class-D.

Essential Functions:

• Works with mixed-signal power management IC designer to define the circuit topology from the high-level applications.

• Works with mixed-signal power management IC designer to determine the analog and digital functional design blocks and the verification plan

• Develop the new control topology to leverage the current generation products ahead to the next generation products for including the requests from customers

• Participates in the entire product development cycle, from product definition through product release

• SIMPLIS for behavior model

• Works closely with application engineers for the silicon validation plan and the advanced application solution developments

Qualifications:

• PhD / MSEE with 6 + years of Analog circuit design or system application design experience

• Has the experience in analog/power management design or system application design including each of one: buck/boost/buck-boost/high performance LDO/switching battery charger/Vcore multi-phase controller/LED driver for lighting/AC-DC converters, having high voltage design experience can be the plus

• Has the experience in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design or system application design, especially in ADC (SAR, delta-sigma)/DAC/AFE/Amplifier/Op-amp design is also a plus

• Good verbal and written skills
