Responsible for the design of high-voltage components for PMIC and the evaluation of new technologies for process or component development. This includes process integration, defining electrical specifications, and resolving customer technical issues.
Requires a bachelor's or master's degree with 0-5 years of experience, preferably in power devices. Proficiency in TCAD simulation, semiconductor parameter testers, and EDA tools like Laker or Cadence is expected.
