The Senior Mechanical Engineer provides technical delivery and assurance for composite repair products and mechanical connectors. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Civil/Structural Engineering with over 7 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of pressure equipment, pipelines, and experience leading complex engineering scopes.
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the Sales team, based in Houston.
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will work within the Engineering team, to support the technical delivery of ICR’s repair products and services, including Technowrap™ Composite Repairs, INSONO Composite Repair Inspection, and Quickflange™ Mechanical Connectors.
The role requires advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, structural mechanics, pressure systems, materials, fabrication methods, and engineering verification.
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will provide technical guidance and support for the region for which they are accountable. This includes checking and approving engineering deliverables, supporting global design activities, mentoring junior engineers, and providing technical guidance to clients, field personnel, operations teams, and project stakeholders on complex mechanical engineering decisions.
