The Sales Team Lead is a pivotal commercial role responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a sales team. The position focuses on driving sales performance, optimizing pipeline management, and ensuring operational excellence to support sustainable revenue growth.
You will work closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, maintain KPI ownership, and foster a high-performance culture. Drive commercial performance and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
Lead day-to-day sales execution and monitor weekly and monthly KPIs.
Own pipeline management and ensure accurate, disciplined forecasting.
Maintain visibility over pipeline health, market developments, and overall sales performance.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
Implement and reinforce best practices, reporting standards, and performance tracking to ensure consistent execution.
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, setting clear expectations and standards for success.
Drive a strong performance culture built on accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, live feedback, and hands-on support.
Partner with Sales Leadership on hiring, onboarding, and developing top talent to ensure long-term team strength.
Identify growth opportunities within the team and actively support career development and internal progression.
Consistent achievement of sales targets and pipeline objectives.

Strong forecasting accuracy and operational discipline.

4–6+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or sales leadership roles.
Proven experience managing, mentoring, or coaching sales teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of sales KPIs, pipeline management, and sales operations.
Hands-on, proactive mindset with strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Additional European language (German, Italian, or French) is a strong plus.
Comfortable working in a high-performance, office-based environment.
