Perform detailed plan and design reviews for new buildings, conversions, and existing vessels to ensure compliance with Class Rules and Statutory Regulations. Review and approve loadline assignments, stability booklets, and ballast water management plans while providing technical guidance to clients.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in General or Naval Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in ship stability and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in stability software such as NAPA or Maxsurf and deep knowledge of IMO and SOLAS standards are essential.
RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Stability Plan Approval Senior Engineer to join its office in Genova, Italy within the Mediterranean and Africa Marine Division.
This role focuses on performing detailed plan and design reviews, resolving issues related to conflicting design requirements, ensuring client requirements and applicable standards are met. Projects could include the approval of new building, conversion, and existing vessels and yachts. #LI-DC2

The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria, and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).
The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €40,000 and €50,000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role.
In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
