You will provide operational and contractual support to the Group's entities and innovation departments by drafting and negotiating various legal agreements. Additionally, you will offer legal guidance on innovation projects and assist in deploying legal procedures to secure business development.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in law with a specialization in business, intellectual property, or innovation law. Proficiency in English and prior experience in a legal role, such as an internship or apprenticeship, are required.

Quels seront les enjeux du poste et votre contribution ? Au sein de la Direction Juridique, en lien avec la Responsable Juridique Innovation et la Juriste Droit des affaires/Innovation, vous intervenez en appui opérationnel et contractuel auprès des différentes entités du Groupe et des services en charge de l'innovation. - Rédaction et
négociation de contrats et d'actes juridiques liés aux activités d'innovation
du Groupe : accords de confidentialité, de transfert de matériel, de prestation
de service, collaboration-recherche, consortium, licences, clauses de propriété
industrielle …
- Conseil et
accompagnement juridique des interlocuteurs des différentes Business Units du
Groupe sur des sujets transverses et en lien avec l'innovation ;
- Veille
juridique et une aide au déploiement des procédures juridiques et des outils
adaptés pour sécuriser l'innovation et le développement des différentes
activités d'Avril, accompagnement à la transformation digitale.
- Une première
expérience de juriste dans le domaine (alternance et/ou stage) où vous avez idéalement pu vous exercer au droit de la propriété industrielle/intellectuelle et au droit des contrats.
- Votre
aisance à vous exprimer en anglais (oral & écrit) dans un contexte
professionnel.
