The Lead Python Developer is responsible for developing complex Python components and ensuring the technical quality and consistency of application and data projects. They act as the primary technical point of contact for the team, guiding technical decisions and implementing development standards.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of software development experience, with a significant portion focused on Python within a national or international IT department. Proficiency in architecture patterns, Agile methodologies, and the ability to lead and federate a technical team are required.

Au sein de l’équipe Data BI&IA, vous intègrerez une
équipe composé de développeurs en charge des projets applicatifs des métiers.
En tant que Lead developpeur Python, vous serez le/la référent(e) afin de
garantir la qualité de la réalisation des projets applicatifs ou data. A ce
titre vos missions seront les suivantes :
Rôle opérationnel
-Développer les fonctionnalités et composants Python du
projet dans les délais et la qualité attendus y compris des projets les plus
complexes
-Être un contributeur actif et régulier au code : le
Lead Dev code, il ne se contente pas de superviser
-Participer aux cérémonies Agile
- Estimer les charges techniques et signaler les
risques au chef de projet et/ou Product Owner
Référent technique
-Être le premier point de contact technique pour les
autres développeurs de l'équipe
-Prendre les décisions techniques courantes du projet
sans escalade systématique
-Garantir la cohérence technique des développements
sur le périmètre du projet
-Faciliter la levée des blocages techniques rencontrés
par l'équipe
-Contribuer à la définition de l'approche technique en
phase de cadrage ou de sprint
-Remonter au socle technique les patterns
réutilisables identifiés sur le projet
-S'assurer de l'application des standards de
développement définis (clean code, conventions)
-Partager
les retours d'expérience du projet avec les autres équipes ou lors des guildes
techniques
-Votre maitrise du langage Python et votre maitrise
des patterns d’architecture
-Votre maitrise de la méthodologie agile
