The Blending Operator is responsible for operating blending equipment to mix raw materials according to specific formulations while ensuring quality control. They must also maintain accurate production records and perform routine maintenance on equipment while adhering to strict safety and environmental regulations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment. Proficiency in handling hazardous materials, operating blending equipment, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks are required.
