Manage the 3x8 shift operations for refining, acid oil, dewaxing, wastewater treatment (STEP), and boiler installations. Ensure quality and hygiene compliance through analytical controls and participate in first-level maintenance and safety audits.
Requires a degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in process engineering, agri-food, or chemistry with industrial experience, preferably in water treatment or food production. Must be able to work rotating shifts and possess strong leadership and technical skills in automated process piloting.

Quels seront les enjeux du poste et votre contribution ? Unique raffinerie de l’île, la SPHB, SOCIETE DE PRODUCTION DES HUILES DE BOURBON est un acteur majeur de la production et de la commercialisation d’huiles et de condiments à la Réunion. Nous recherchons un CHEF DE QUART RAFFINAGE ET STEP et dans ce cadre vos missions seront les suivantes : - Piloter en 3x8 les installations : raffinage, huile acide, décirage, STEP, chaudière. - Réaliser les contrôles analytiques et visuels, assurer la traçabilité et le respect des procédures qualité et hygiène. - Participer à la maintenance de premier niveau et au suivi des interventions techniques. - Rédiger les rapports d’activité, tableaux de bord et transmettre les consignes. - Participer aux audits qualité, sécurité et environnement. En tant que chef de quart Raffinage & STEP, vous serez un acteur clé du bon fonctionnement de nos installations de raffinage d'huile alimentaire et de traitement des eaux.
Profil recherché :
-Formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en génie des procédés, agroalimentaire, chimie ou équivalent. Expérience en milieu industriel, idéalement dans le secteur agroalimentaire ou traitement des eaux. Connaissances en pilotage de process automatisés. Capacité à travailler en horaires décalés (3x8). Leadership, rigueur, esprit d’analyse, sens du terrain et sensibilité à l'importance de travailler en sécurité (priorité du groupe Avril).
