La figura supporterà le attività quotidiane di gestione HR, con focus su presenze, documentazione del personale e coordinamento con l'ufficio paghe.
Attività previste:
- rilevazione e controllo presenze, ferie, permessi e malattie tramite gestionale aziendale
- predisposizione e aggiornamento pratiche di assunzione, proroga e cessazione
- archiviazione digitale e cartacea della documentazione del personale
- supporto nella pubblicazione annunci, screening CV e organizzazione colloqui
- monitoraggio scadenze formazione sicurezza e visite mediche
- aggiornamento reportistica su assenze, ingressi e turnover con Excel
Requisiti richiesti:
- diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
- anche senza esperienza pregressa nel settore
- buona dimestichezza con Excel, Word e posta elettronica
- precisione, riservatezza e attenzione al dettaglio
- buone capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team
Offerta e benefit:
- retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.400-1.650 €
- contratto a tempo determinato 6 mesi prorogabile
