The Hardware Associate is responsible for setting up equipment and installing fasteners into parts according to customer specifications. They must maintain part quality throughout the production run and meet job quote times.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Technical knowledge of equipment and the ability to interpret complex drawings are required.

Position Summary:
This is an opportunity for the right person to join a dynamic team focusing on quality and performance to exceed our customers’ expectations. Hardware machine operators are expected to set-up equipment to install fasteners to customer specifications, and efficiently maintain a quality part through the run.
Position requires a constant drive for success and willingness to learn and grow everyday.
