Execute high-quality ice cream, sorbet, and bakery product production while maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards. Track ingredient waste and follow company SOPs to ensure accurate food costs.
Candidates should be at least 18 years old with a passion for baking and pastry, preferably with prior foodservice experience. Must be available for daytime shifts, including weekends and holidays, and capable of meeting physical lifting requirements.
