The Quality Inspector performs dimensional, visual, and functional inspections of tools to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and regulatory requirements. They are responsible for identifying non-conformities, maintaining accurate quality documentation, and driving continuous improvement to reduce defects.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma and 2–5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision machining. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and the ability to interpret technical drawings are essential.

Position Summary
The Quality Inspector I verifies that incoming materials, in-process components, and finished pneumatic tool parts conform to engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions. Under the direction of Quality leadership, the Inspector I performs routine dimensional, visual, and functional inspections, documents results accurately, and contains and escalates non-conforming product before it moves forward. This hands-on role builds the metrology, blueprint interpretation, and documentation skills required for advancement to Quality Inspector II.
