The resident technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators and escalators to ensure safe and efficient operation. They must also communicate repair statuses to customers and provide guidance on the proper use of equipment.
Candidates must hold a technical or technological degree in electromechanical, electronic, mechanical, or automation fields, along with a valid professional license if applicable. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the maintenance of vertical transportation equipment is required.
Resumen de funciones:
Serás el responsable del Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de ascensores y escaleras mecánicas, garantizando su operación segura y eficiente. Este rol puede hacer reparaciones pequeñas. Este cargo requiere conocimientos especializados en equipos electromecánicos y la capacidad de seguir protocolos de mantenimiento establecidos para prevenir averías y maximizar la vida útil de los sistemas.
En un día normal tendrás que:
Realizar tareas estándar de forma independiente y resolver problemas comunes.

Cumplir con los lineamientos de Seguridad establecidos por la empresa.
Cumplir con las políticas, reglas y directrices de la Compañía.
Comunicar de manera efectiva el estado de las reparaciones a los clientes y proporcionar orientación sobre el uso adecuado de los equipos.
Educación: Técnico o Tecnólogo en Mantenimiento Electromecánico, Electrónica, Mecánica, Automatización o áreas afines.
Si la carrera (técnico, tecnológo o profesional) es avalada por algun consejo profesional como: CONTE,COPNIA,CONALTEL, Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y profesiones a Fines, etc es un requisito contar con la tarjeta profesional vigente que avale la profesión.
Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de ascensores, escaleras mecánicas u otros equipos electromecánicos.
Deseable: Licencia de conducción vigente
Formación deseable: Conocimientos Técnicos:- Conocimiento avanzado en sistemas electromecánicos, hidráulicos y electrónicos. Capacidad para interpretar planos eléctricos, diagramas de control y esquemas mecánicos. Experiencia con sistemas de control programables y software asociado con el transporte vertical. Conocimiento de las normativas de seguridad aplicables al transporte vertical. Habilidad para utilizar herramientas de medición y equipos de prueba para diagnósticos
Formación deseable: Habilidades: Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes departamentos, especialmente en el proceso de instalación. Atención al detalle y orientación a la calidad. Habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con clientes. Proactividad y habilidades para resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
