The Senior NPI Engineer will lead manufacturing process development, optimization, and documentation to ensure medical device production meets regulatory and quality standards. They will also mentor teams in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies while providing technical support for troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within the medical device industry. Proficiency in SolidWorks, industrial engineering practices, and knowledge of FDA/ISO 13485 quality standards are required.

This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and documenting manufacturing processes while supporting a collaborative production environment. This position will also work closely with Quality, Production, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to ensure product consistency and regulatory compliance. Adherence to established Standard Work Instructions (SWI’s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Quality Management System (QMS) is essential.
