They’re natural collaborators who influence across functions, align diverse partners, and elevate the work through curiosity, craftsmanship, and accountability.

Experience with footwear construction, materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes preferred
Proficiency in technical drawings, 2D/3D CAD tools, and digital product creation systems preferred
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will drive product excellence from concept to commercialization—blending athlete insight, engineering rigor, and craftsmanship to create high-performing footwear. You’ll work across teams and geographies to solve complex challenges, refine processes, and bring innovative product to life at scale.
Review samples and Tech Packs—including physical prototypes, digital drawings, and 3D files—across development gates to ensure accuracy, quality, and manufacturability
Partner closely with Design, Product Management, and Development to refine constructions, materials, and engineering standards
Collaborate with PCC, Program Management Office (PMO), and manufacturing partners to align on execution and engineering best practices
Translate consumer insights and design intent into scalable engineering solutions
