We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join our team in Akron, OH on a 1st shift schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all set-up and operational functions of CNC mill turn machines, fabrication of medical instruments and implants, deburring of parts, and inspection of parts using various tools and equipment.
What You’ll Do:
Operate various CNC mill turn machines independently
Process required documentation (job traveler, I.P. sheets etc.)
Facilitate use of First Piece Log
Conduct tool changes
Conduct change-overs and tool size changes
Set tooling on all machine types within assigned zone
What You’ll Need:
2+ years of relevant experience operating a CNC machine
Advanced print reading knowledge
Advanced GD&T knowledge
Experience performing CNC setups
Able to work as a team
