Job Summary
Assembler team members support manufacturing operations through assembly, material handling, machine operation, finishing, and packaging of precision machined components. Team members may work in assembly or operate CNC equipment including saws, mills, lathes, and waterjet machines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Essential Functions
Perform assembly, deburring, polishing, cleaning, packaging, and other secondary operations on machined components.
Operate CNC equipment including saws, mills, lathes, and waterjet machines following work instructions and supervisor direction.
Read and apply shop orders, drawings, and work instructions to complete production tasks accurately.
Use basic measuring tools to verify dimensions and maintain product quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Experience operating CNC equipment or using measuring tools is helpful but not required.
Work Environment
Exposure to loud noise, moving mechanical parts, and varying temperatures.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
Hands-on role requiring standing, manual dexterity, and occasional lifting of materials or fixturing.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively.
Strong emphasis on quality, safety, and craftsmanship.
This position may involve exposure to, but is not limited to, the following materials: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Cast Iron, Aluminum, Bronze, Brass, & Copper
