Lead the command and control function to drive AI adoption and convert the factory into a smart manufacturing site. Develop self-learning AI solutions, a factory digital brain, and real-time analytics to optimize equipment, process, and quality management.
Requires a degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science, with a Master's in Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science preferred. Candidates must have 10-15 years of data experience, with the last 5 years dedicated specifically to AI.

Nexperia Seremban assembly and test site is growing both in terms of volume and complexity becoming the largest backend factory for Nexperia. This role is for driving data and AI adoption in converting our factory into a smart factory. We work on 3 main pillars – Command & Control , Smart Decision and Automation. Role would be lead of command and control function but will influence all 3 aspects of smart manufacturing goal.
