Supervises mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance personnel while planning and scheduling maintenance tasks. Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards across the plant.
Requires a professional or technical degree and proficiency in maintenance management software like SAP and Fiori. Candidates must be certified in various safety protocols including working at heights, confined spaces, and electrical equipment handling.
Responsabilidades referente a Seguridad:
1.- Cumple con las normas de seguridad establecidas por la empresa
2.- Comunica cualquier condición insegura y actuar en consecuencia de la misma.
3.- Mantiene en su lujar las guardas, defensas y las protecciones eléctricas de los equipos asignados bajo su responsabilidad
5.- Utiliza el sistema de CERO ENERGIA para la reparación o mantenimiento de los equipos
6.- Coordina las órdenes de trabajo concernientes a la seguridad en las diferentes áreas de la planta.
7.-Utiliza su Equipo de Protección Personal dentro de las instalaciones de la empresa
Responsabilidades referente a Orden y Limpieza:
1.-Establece rutina de la limpieza de herramienta y equipo a su cargo
2.-Establece rutina de la limpieza de áreas asignadas
3.- Mantener el programa de 5 “S”
Responsabilidades referente a Recursos Humanos:
1.- Cumplir con los programas de capacitación establecidos por la empresa.
2.- Cumplir con el Reglamento Interior de Trabajo y Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo.
3.- Cumplir en tiempo y forma las entrevistas 1 a 1 con su personal directo y supervisar el cumplimiento de sus reportes directos con sus subordinados.
4.- Establecer junto con su personal los planes del programa My View y dar seguimiento a los mismos.
Responsabilidades referente al Programa de Inocuidad:
1.- Cumplir con reglas y lineamientos del programa de inocuidad de la empresa.
2.- Reportar y/o corregir cualquier desviación del programa al supervisor en turno, jefe del área o al equipo Haccp.
3.- Utilizar adecuadamente nuestro equipo de protección para la seguridad del producto en las aéreas establecidas.
4.- Establecer y cumplir con los programas de pre-requisitos establecidos por la empresa.
Responsabilidades referente a Calidad.
1.- Entender, aplicar y mantener la Política de Calidad.
2.- Colaborar en los objetivos de calidad de su área.
3.- Asegurar el cumplimiento y ejecución del Sistema de Manufactura Confiable.
