The Lead Engineer manages the daily operations of the Technical Operations Site Team and vendors to ensure the data center is maintained safely and within SLAs. This includes overseeing reactive and planned maintenance, managing incident reports via CMMS, and acting as an HV Authorized Person.
Candidates must have strong experience in mission-critical mechanical and electrical environments, specifically within data centers, and possess recognized formal electrical training. Fluency in both Italian and English is required, along with the ability to lead teams and make risk-based decisions.
To support the launch of our first data center in Italy, located in Trigoria, we are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to join our team.
The Lead Engineer directs daily the Operations Site Team, its associated activities and Vendors to ensure that the Data Center is operated and maintained safely, within SLA, and with minimal risk. As the main point of contact, the Lead Engineer undertakes the day-to-day management of all activities of the Technical Operations Site Team, ensuring that all reactive and planned maintenance tasks are delivered to agreed timelines and SLAs/KPIs with full utilization of CMMS system and incidents are dealt with appropriately.
