As a Customer Experience Business Partner, you will be responsible for representing the voice of the customer within the Bank, identifying customer pain points and driving improvements that enhance customer experience and deliver business value. You will work closely with business and technology teams, you will translate customer insights into actionable requirements, align stakeholders around customer experience priorities and support the successful delivery of initiatives across your assigned segment and/or product area.
