Develop and implement quality management, release, and deployment frameworks, standards, and governance processes.
Coordinate release schedules, deployment activities, and environment readiness to ensure successful production implementations.
Work closely with project managers, technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and operational support teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Facilitate go-live readiness assessments, deployment planning workshops, and post-implementation reviews.

Ensure compliance with organisational governance, change management, and operational support requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve testing, release, deployment, and quality assurance practices across the delivery portfolio.
Support business transition activities and provide leadership throughout the deployment lifecycle to minimise operational risk.
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience leading quality assurance, release management, deployment management, or ICT delivery activities within complex technology environments.
Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, change management, release governance, and deployment best practices.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent releases while managing competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Hands-on experience with delivery and governance tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical teams, business units, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, ITIL, and modern ICT delivery methodologies.
Experience delivering ICT projects within government, highly regulated, or complex enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
