The Substation Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role manages financial performance, coordinates stakeholders, and oversees all technical and commercial aspects of project execution.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of project management experience in high-voltage electrical construction or utility environments. A relevant diploma or degree in engineering, construction, or business is required, along with strong knowledge of project controls and commercial management.

The Substation Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of high-voltage substation construction and utility infrastructure projects from project award through final completion. Reporting to the Director, Power Construction, this role oversees project planning, financial performance, resource management, commercial administration, customer relationships, and project execution while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with Construction Managers, Site Superintendents, Foremen, Project Coordinators, engineering teams, subcontractors, utility customers, and internal departments, the Substation Project Manager provides leadership throughout the project lifecycle, balancing technical execution with commercial performance to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
