This is a hands-on, collaborative role at the intersection of marketing and business development. You’ll lead our presence at industry events while making sure our Business Development teams are well-prepared, aligned and confident.
You’ll be part of a small, dynamic marketing team, which means you’ll occasionally step in to support across PR, content or branding when needed.

Events (60%)You’ll lead how Full Circle shows up across Europe. Not just by organising events, but by making sure they actually deliver something.
From the moment we decide to attend, you’re in the driver’s seat. You align with Business Development on clear objectives, make sure we’re there for the right reasons, and ensure what we present reflects real commercial priorities, not generic marketing.
On the practical side, you keep everything moving:
- Own events end-to-end: from stand and materials to travel, briefings and on-site setup
- Make sure everyone shows up prepared, aligned and knowing why they’re there
But just as important is what happens during and after the event. You capture conversations, signals and content and turn that into something we can actually use. No lost insights, no wasted effort.
Commercial Marketing (40%)Alongside events, you’ll play a key role in how our commercial story comes across.
You work closely with Business Development and Customer Success to make sure what we say is clear, consistent, and usable in real conversations. That means building and maintaining materials like sales decks, one-pagers and proposals always with a practical lens and in line with our broader branding.
- Create and maintain commercial materials people actually use
- Support client communication initiatives and campaigns
- Contribute to LinkedIn content around events and milestones
You’ve spent a few years in a B2B events or marketing role and know what good looks like. Not just in theory, but in practice. You understand what works in the field, and what ends up being ignored.
Because you’ll operate across countries, teams and clients, being able to switch between languages is part of the job. Vous êtes à l’aise en français comme en anglais (à l’écrit comme à l’oral )et passer de l’un à l’autre fait simplement partie de votre quotidien.
On top of that:
- You can manage multiple projects without losing the detail
- You’re comfortable working across stakeholders, cultures and seniority levels
- You’re familiar with tools like Canva and WordPress (or similar)
- You’ll also step in on internal communication and recruitment events when needed.
Who you areYou bring structure even (or especially!) when things get busy. You see what needs to happen and act on it before it becomes an issue.
You stay calm when plans shift (because they will), and you enjoy working with others to get things done properly.
