Descripción General de Puesto:
Bajo supervisión general realiza las siguientes actividades:
• Es responsable del movimiento de paquetes y documentación dentro de las instalaciones, aduanas y/o transportistas de FedEx.
• Mantiene la documentación aduanal bien organizada y debidamente archivada.
• Distribuye la documentación aduanal pertinente a los departamentos de FedEx, evaluadores de aduanas y transitarios correspondientes, según sea necesario.
• Recibe liberaciones aduanales y mantiene un control adecuado según lo especificado por los reglamentos aduanales; escanea todos los mensajes salientes de A.M. liberaciones, asegurando que los paquetes salgan correctamente y que no se envíen paquetes escaneados y etiquetados incorrectamente (no liberados de la aduana); y prepara transferencias internas.
• Realiza la clasificación, el soporte de equipaje en el aeropuerto y la estación, y recupera la carga aérea de los transportistas según sea necesario.
• Extrae copia de excedentes de AWBS para garantizar los ajustes.
• Es posible que se requiera realizar otras tareas que se le asignen
Requisitos mínimos:
Nivel mínimo de estudios:
• Preparatoria concluida.
• Idioma: Dominio de Inglés preferente.
• Licencia vigente y buen historial de manejo
Experiencia Mínima:
• 2 años comprobables en administración de almacenes y áreas de operaciones
• Conocimiento de operaciones de logística para envíos nacionales e internacionales a través de aeropuertos y procedimientos de despacho de aduana preferidos.
• Experiencia en Manejo de montacargas preferente
• Experiencia preferente en CRT
Habilidades mínimas requeridas:
• Capacidad para levantar 32 Kg y maniobrar cualquier paquete que pese hasta 68 Kg con el equipo apropiado.
• Capacidad comprobable de captura de datos en diferentes sistemas como Office - Excel avanzado - y WMS / JDA / eGLS (25/35 WPM), ingreso de datos y/o habilidades generales de oficina
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
• Habilidades generales de oficina y conocimientos de informática.
