You'll ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in our projects, driving excellence and compliance at every stage. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, operations, and procurement), lead quality audits and inspections, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring that project quality and safety objectives are met in accordance with Alstom standards and customer requirements. ,
Leading quality assurance activities during all project phases, from design to delivery. ,
Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation plans to ensure project safety. ,
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve quality-related issues. ,
Driving compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across all project activities. ,
Monitoring and reporting on key quality and safety performance indicators. ,
Supporting teams in implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed. ,
Conducting audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality and safety processes. ,
Providing training and guidance to project teams on quality and safety best practices. ,
Promoting a mindset of resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning within the project teams."
