You’ll also coach a cross-functional team, improve processes, and strengthen incident response and handoffs. As an Assistant Vice President (Associate II) in Trade & Working Capital Operations, Structured Trade, you will lead day-to-day execution of structured trade solutions across receivables and payables, with a strong focus on delivery, risk management, and controls. You will oversee night operations by managing transaction execution, running structured handoffs, and partnering with product and technology teams to resolve incidents and remove blockers. You will also coach the team, improve runbooks and monitoring, and drive process improvements that reduce defects and cycle time.
