The Technology Product Owner will own and prioritize the Retail Services technology backlog while acting as the primary link between retail stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors. They will manage multiple initiatives across business-as-usual and project work, including POS improvements and change governance processes.
Candidates should have a background as a Technology Product Owner or Business Analyst with strong experience in retail, store technology, or digital operations. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.

MECCA is continuing to grow at pace, and we’re looking for a Technology Product Owner to help shape, prioritise and deliver improvements across our Retail Services technology landscape. You’ll work closely with retail operations, store technology, vendors and internal technology teams to support the systems that power our stores — including point of sale, mobile retail apps, new store openings and major business transformation initiatives.

This is a Hybrid, 4 days in office role based in Richmond and is offered as a 13 month fixed-term contract. MECCA moves quickly, so this will suit someone who enjoys variety, can context-switch across multiple priorities and is comfortable getting close to the store environment when testing or rolling out change.
You’ll be joining a supportive team with strong onboarding, exposure to stores and the DC, and plenty of opportunity to make practical improvements across the retail technology landscape.
