Manage daily sales accounting, accounts receivable, and fixed fund administration. Oversee inventory control, freezer asset management, and end-to-end supply chain operations for the agency.
Requires at least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the consumer goods industry. Must possess strong skills in accounting, administration, and inventory control, with SAP experience being desirable.

Responsabilidades clave
Elaboración del Corte Diario de ventas: Registro contable de las operaciones diarias.
Administración de Cuentas por Cobrar (Local, Corporativa y Deudores Diversos): Gestión y registro contable de las cuentas por cobrar de manera oportuna.
Administración y resguardo de Fondo Fijo: Reembolso de Gastos de acuerdo con política local y fiscal.
Toma física de Inventarios a rutas: Toma del Inventario a Rutas y determinación de Diferencias.
Control de activos en Agencia (Congeladores): Gestión, registro y control de los congeladores en la agencia.
Producto Terminado: Es responsable de la cámara de congelación en colaboración con su reporte de Almacén y debe dar seguimiento E2E a la cadena de suministro en su Agencia. Producto sin Cargo: Garantiza que la entrega de producto sin cargo al cliente procede de conformidad con las políticas y procedimientos establecidos.
Alta y Mantenimiento de Clientes: Realizar solicitud de alta, baja o modificación datos maestros del cliente.
Diferencias en depósito: Gestión de recuperación de acuerdo con procedimiento.
Procesos varios: Ejecución de Proyectos, Cambios de Equipo Administrativo (Reclutamiento y Selección, Capacitación, Certificación Interna, Coordina las capacitaciones en materia de Protección Civil, Atiende Juntas centrales. Agencia desde sistema interno y da seguimiento a pagos, da visibilidad al negocio de la rentabilidad de la Agencia Garantiza el correcto control del presupuesto, Atención a clientes y proveedores externos, Ejecuta las requisiciones del área legal (Gestoría).
