Responsibilities
We are looking for a (Senior) Product Owner to join our Frontline team. You will be at the forefront of product development, helping shape a platform trusted by operational teams across various industries worldwide.
Own and drive one or more features or modules within TeamViewer Frontline (https://www.teamviewer.com/en/products/frontline), from ideation and discovery through to delivery and continuous iteration
Foster agile practices within the development teams and support the governance of development processes
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Support to build a compelling product roadmap with global impact
Champion the customer by translating feedback into clear requirements, KPIs, and prioritized backlog items
Drive insight-led decision-making using qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., telemetry, surveys, market and competitive analysis)
Enable efficient delivery by ensuring clarity on objectives, deliverables, and impact, while proactively removing blockers
Balance feasibility and innovation by partnering with engineers to deliver scalable, intuitive, and technically sound solutions
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Product Owner in a software environment or in a comparable role. Experience in SaaS, AI, B2B, logistics, field service management, communications, or authoring software is a plus
Technical fluency: Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and contributing to technical discussions. Basic understanding of SaaS concepts; prior coding experience is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
Agile mindset: Strong understanding of agile practices and the ability to act as a value maximizer. PSPO certification (or equivalent) is a plus
Customer focus: Strong empathy and the ability to translate feedback into actionable insights and clear priorities
Analytical skills: Experience working with data-driven decision-making and defining/tracking product KPIs
Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with experience in international environments
Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
