Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries via phone, email, and mail while handling Roadside Service dispatch. Responsibilities include documenting customer incidents, managing the Love Rewards loyalty program, and following up on escalations.
A high school diploma is required, with some college and 2-3 years of call center experience preferred. Candidates must possess strong computer skills and the ability to type detailed notes while communicating with customers.
Welcome to Love's! We are seeking experienced Contact Center Representatives to deliver outstanding customer service, manage Roadside Service dispatch, and initiate sales across a diverse client base. Contact Center Representatives play a key role in fostering a culture of service excellence that exceeds typical industry standards. Join us in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where business is conducted with integrity, respect, and efficiency. This role requires representatives to be present at our Memorial Road location. Training will take place over three weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., beginning August 19th. Shift schedules may vary.
