What would you do? Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services Fulfill in supply chain planning refers to the process of completing customer orders by ensuring products are picked, packed, and delivered efficiently. It involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations. The goal is to ensure that orders are accurately and promptly fulfilled. Plan the inventory or capacity that will be used to fulfill customer orders and determine transportation or delivery of the product through the supply chain.
What are we looking for? Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in purchasing, replenishment buying, or supply chain management. • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, inventory management systems, and reporting tools. • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Supplier Management: Experience working directly with suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and manage relationships. • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel) and advanced Excel skills. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. • Problem-Solving Ability: Quick to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure product availability, minimizing stockouts while avoiding overstock situations. • Replenishment Planning: Develop and execute replenishment strategies based on sales trends, forecasts, and inventory performance. • Supplier Relations: Collaborate with suppliers to manage order cycles, lead times, and delivery schedules. Foster strong relationships to ensure smooth operations. • Order Management: Place purchase orders in line with demand forecasts and inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, stock levels, and supplier performance to make informed decisions on replenishment strategies. • Forecasting & Planning: Work closely with the demand planning team to review and adjust forecasts based on market trends and seasonality. • Cost Optimization: Ensure purchasing processes align with budget targets, optimizing costs without compromising on product quality or availability. • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve supply chain disruptions, delays, or inventory discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to st
