AUXILIAR OPERACIONES LOGÍSTICAS para DISTRIBUCIÓN CEDIS OXXO GUADALUPE
Gestionar el programa diario de fleteo, asegurando el despacho correcto de los viajes, asignación adecuada de flota propia y tercerizada; garantizar la seguridad vial, monitorear los viajes diarios hasta su destino, asegurando la entrega correcta en tienda, hasta la recepción del operador regresando de ruta, asegurándose que se ha cumplido todos los requisitos del cliente (Entrega completa, en tiempo, inocuidad, temperatura, retorno, etc).
Ubicación: CEDIS OXXO GUADALUPE
Horario: T1 6AM A 2PM, T2 2PM A 10PM, T3 10PM A 6AM
Licenciatura terminada en Logística o Ingeniero Industrial o afín.
-Liderazgo de equipos (50 colaboradores operadores, auxiliares de operador, sindicalizados)
-Trato con sindicato.
-Enfoque al personal, facilitador.
-Resolución de Conflictos
-Conocimiento de Operación de CEDIS y/o Logística
-Trabajo en equipo multidisciplinario
✔ Experiencias previas y conocimientos.
-Recepción y liberación de folios de entrega de mercancía con el cliente final
-Llenado libro en tiempo y forma bitácora de operaciones (Excel)
-Seguimiento a mermas y logística inversa
-Conciliación de mermas con el área de liquidaciones
-Asignación de rutas a operadores.
-Monitoreo de descarga con cliente final
-Seguimiento auxilios viales (con el equipo de mecánica).
