The operator is responsible for executing blending and grinding processes according to SOPs while maintaining equipment and ensuring product quality. They must also manage semi-finished product storage, perform 5S housekeeping, and adhere to strict safety and GMP standards.
Candidates must be able to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE. The role requires attention to detail in production record-keeping and the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections.

1.6严格执行岗位GMP要求；
1.7负责粉碎区域、混合区域、半成品仓库的5S执行；
1.8认真做好交接班记录，交接需当面进行；
1.9接受公司/车间额外安排的工作或任务；
2.SHE职责
2.1及时报告事故/事件/未遂事件；
2.2每天检查岗位的设备，确保设备的安全运行；
2.3执行公司的安全健康环保/职业卫生的程序/应急程序；
2.4积极参加安全健康环保相关培训及活动；
2.5车间安全代表，义务消防队员，应急救援人员，按照公司要求，参加会议，培训，并积极提出改进措施，提高公司安全绩效；
3.质量职责
3.1及时报告质量偏差，协助车间分析，并及时采取纠正预防措施；
3.2控制混合、粉碎过程的质量，包括设备/配件的完整性检查，防止产生不合格品；
4.安保职责
4.1及时报告安保事件；
4.2执行本区域的安保措施。
