Your mission, roles and responsibilities

     Main Purpose of the job主要工作目的
    负责工厂过程质量管理，问题快速反应；
    推进QRCI及8D小组，降低不良质量成本；制程持续改善，推动精益生产；

     Main Job Responsibilities & Missions主要岗位职责及任务
    根据顾客信息反馈/客户抱怨，分析原因并采取措施，跟踪措施有效性；
    过程问题分析处理，问题围堵并采取纠正措施；
    监控生产过程，识别可能的质量隐患并制定预防措施，必要时有权停止生产及发运；
    收集并整理过程质量数据，制定行动计划以削减内部不良金额；
    定期进行产品审核，对不符合项进行改善；
    推进QRCI及8D小组,系统解决质量问题；
    编制检验作业指导书，对检验员及生产线人员进行，对检验员实施R&R；
    协助SQE确认问题起因，推动来料不良问题改善；
    变更点管理，样件状态确认及变更初期品管控；

    知悉并严格遵守利益冲突的相关规定；

    Qualifications 任职资格

    学历：本科及以上（能力突出者大专学历亦可）；
    专业：理工科背景；
    工作经验：3年及以上汽车行业质量工作经验；
    技术能力及其他能力要求：熟悉PPAP/APQP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA五大工具，擅长8D分析方法；
    熟悉注塑/焊接/喷漆/冲压/装配等零部件生产工艺；
    有良好的人际沟通及问题解决能力，抗压能力强；
    英语CET-4及以上。
