Our reputation as the nation’s largest independent millwork distribution company serving new home construction is built on integrity, consistency, and strong leadership.
We are a family-owned business founded in 1991, with seven manufacturing and distribution facilities across Colorado, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. Builders rely on us because we make their jobs easier and that dependability starts with strong coordination, communication, and execution.
We are now hiring a Scheduler for our Dallas location.
In a company built on reliability, scheduling is at the center of everything we do. This role ensures our customers receive the right product at the right time helping keep their projects on track and reinforcing the trust we’ve built over decades.

As a Scheduler, you will:
· Communicate daily with customers via phone, email, and text to coordinate delivery needs
· Work directly with builders and homeowners to ensure smooth, timely deliveries
· Manage production schedules using both computerized and manual systems
· Coordinate closely with operations, purchasing, sales, and production teams
· Adjust schedules and solve problems to keep projects moving forward
Your work plays a key role in making our customer's jobs easier and supporting the success of the entire team.
