The Receiving Supervisor is responsible for overseeing facility operations, including scheduling, task assignment, and monitoring team performance. They also drive process improvements, manage training matrices, and ensure adherence to production and quality standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced manufacturing or repair environment. Proficiency in MS Office and experience in warehouse or logistics operations are also required.
As the Receiving Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising employees in our facility, ensuring effective operation by preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, coordinating the flow of work and assigned projects, overseeing completion of work, and monitoring the performance of your team. Attention to detail, demonstrated supervisory abilities and proficiency in manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and warehousing processes are crucial experience for this position.
This is an onsite role in our DFW facility with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM.
Pay Range:
$ 56.200,00 - $ 94.100,00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
