The Production Supervisor is responsible for production schedule adherence, resource capacity planning, and managing work order dispatching. They focus on improving cycle times, managing direct material usage, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanroom guidelines.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Admin, Economics, IE, or Production Management. A minimum of 5 years of total experience is required, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a high-volume production environment.
