The FOUP Tech is responsible for cleaning, repairing, and tracking FOUP hardware to support 300MM production processes. Duties include inspecting equipment for damage, managing stocker inventory, and maintaining detailed logs of all maintenance activities.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. The role requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and complete all necessary safety and task training certifications.
The FOUP Tech will be responsible for cleaning, repairing, and inputting tracking information that supports the production requirements of the 300MM processes.
To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Disassemble and reassemble FOUP's
Inspect and report any damage
Load and unload FOUP wash equipment
Call FOUP's from stockers
Return FOUP's to stockers
Check RFID
FOSB cleaning and inspection
Particle Checks
Monitor production requests
Maintain work stream account
Maintain FOUP wash log
Keep records and prepares reports of inspections and investigations for administrative or legal authorities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School Diploma/GED with 6 months to 1 year experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus
Bilingual a plus
May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
Completed all safety and task training certification.
May be required to be forklift certified.
Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
