The Operations Specialist manages day-to-day transportation and freight shipment operations by tracking carrier activities and entering data into the TMS. They also serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors to resolve inquiries and ensure efficient product delivery.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, with a 2-year college degree preferred. Additionally, 1-3 years of industry experience is preferred along with basic computer and data entry skills.
