Bachelor’s or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Energy/Power Systems Engineering.
8+ years of experience in energy storage systems, battery repair, or related maintenance operations, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical issues on-site.
Experience in coordinating service providers and logistics operations.
Good command of English for communication with internal teams and external service providers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
