POSITION SUMMARY:This energetic and detail-oriented Material Handler play a critical role in supporting Our Groveport, OH Distribution Center's operations by receiving, storing, counting, issuing, and transacting equipment, materials, products, supplies, tools, and inventories. Reporting to the Regional Distribution Center Manager, you will ensure a continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chain, performing various tasks to maintain efficient and accurate operations.
Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and supplies.
Operate multiple types of material handling equipment, including fork trucks, reach trucks, and picker trucks.
Pick items according to established procedures and package and ship materials.
Use scanners for inventory transactions and perform cycle counts.
Conduct physical and scale counting to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Complete system transactions and procedures to maintain inventory records.
Ensure a flow of materials throughout the supply chain to support operations.
Perform physical inventories and assist with other responsibilities as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience in materials handling or warehouse operations.
Proficient math skills and basic computer skills for performing inventory transactions.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Physical capability to occasionally stand, sit, use hands to handle, feel, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Ability to pass a pre-hire drug test, including for marijuana.

While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a Distribution Center facility. You will be required to work at the Company’s Sparks location in Nevada. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
