Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional complex project by defining scope, establishing timelines, allocating resources, and driving accountability to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Manage timelines and scope to drive successful project outcomes, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure adherence to commitments.
Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, Commercial, Brand, R&D, procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to maintain alignment and transparency across all stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication, providing clear project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership.
Champion process discipline and best practices, ensuring adherence to KDP’s project management
Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, streamlining workflows, and applying lessons learned across projects.
Provide strategic insight by connecting project objectives to broader business goals and identifying opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
Support commercialization readiness, ensuring all supply chain, procurement, and production elements are aligned for timely launch and execution
Total Rewards:
Salary range $76,400 - $115,000
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
3+ years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives—preferably in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar or enterprise-level commercialization, capital, or expense projects.
Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels—both verbally and in writing.
Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with the agility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Power BI, and SAP or comparable ERP systems.
