The Field Construction Specialist is responsible for preparing customer sites for the installation of Zipline's ground systems, including site verification and ground preparation. They own the on-site execution of installing structural base components and ensuring all work meets safety and technical specifications.
Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction, specifically in concrete, masonry, or general site work. The role requires the ability to read site plans, perform precise measurements, and work independently in the field.

Please Note: The Zipline SkillBridge program provides transitioning service members the opportunity to gain work experience through an internship during their final 180 days of service. Zipline offers both structured instruction and on-the-job training through a 3-4 month internship.

Zipline is building a distributed infrastructure network to support autonomous delivery. This role is responsible for preparing customer sites for the installation of Zipline’s ground systems.
The Field Construction Specialist owns the on-site execution required to ensure installation locations are correctly identified, properly prepared, and built to spec. This includes site verification, ground preparation, and installation of structural base components.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong construction fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in the field.
SkillBridge start dates are flexible. Housing is not provided.
